All replicas are incapable of chambering or firing live ammo and the dummy ammo and belts are inert components safe to handle and/or display. No permits or firearms paperwork is necessary since these replicas are non-guns and cannot be made to function as live firearms. However due to some local/state regulations these replicas will not be shipped to minors or to addresses in New York City. Theater, TV, and Movie Production companies in New York City and other restricted areas are able to acquire these replicas after screening and verifaction of identity and purpose of use.
